Description: Constructed in 1916, this two-story wooden government office building originally housed administrative offices on the ground floor and an assembly chamber on the upper floor.

The structure features a tiled roof finished with traditional san-gawara tiles and is designed with an east–west hipped roof accompanied by an adjoining wing.

Western architectural influences are evident in the horizontal wooden siding and sash windows. A distinctive entrance porch projects from one corner of the building, while the space above it forms a second-floor balcony, creating an especially striking and characterful façade.
