- Description
- Kuyoshi Beach, located southeast of Ashibe Port, offers a beautiful 500-meter stretch of sandy shoreline. It is Ashibe Town’s premier swimming beach and draws many visitors during the season. In the off-season, it becomes a destination for surfing, birdwatching, and beachcombing. Ferries and jet foils from Kyushu Yusen can be seen offshore, and in winter, large flocks of seagulls arrive.
