- This park was created using the site of a water purification plant built during the Taisho era (1912-1926). It is situated uphill in the area of Oura and Minamiyamate, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery and night view of Nagasaki City from the south along with the nearby Mt. Nabekanmuri to the west.
