- The building is designed in the shape of waves. Once inside, the wide open space and huge windows allow plenty of sunlight to reach inside and present a grand view of the Omura Bay and the beautiful mountains nearby. The library is filled with ideas to provide a comfortable and peaceful time. Located next to the library is the Nagomi-No-Sato Athletic Park with a soccer/softball field and a jogging course that can be used at night.
