- Miyai Pond is a vast azure-colored body of water with a turtle-shaped island floating in the center. A 20-meter-wide, 300-meter-long causeway connects the island to the shrine, flanked by large cherry blossom trees that create a stunning floral tunnel. When in full bloom, the reflection of the cherry blossoms on the water's surface is breathtaking.
