- Pass through the small red torii gate standing on Chuo-dori Street in front of Kamojima Station and walk a few dozen meters to find a retro Showa-era shopping district that has remained untouched for about 40 years. The arcades, now reduced to their skeletal frames, the faded exterior walls, and the corrugated iron roofs all vividly preserve the atmosphere of that era.
