- A Submergible Bridge bridge connecting to Zennyuji Island, the largest river island in Japan. It is approximately 3 meters wide—just wide enough for a single passenger car to pass—
and is used as a local road. It is also known as a pilgrimage route between the 10th temple, “Kirehata-ji,” and the 11th temple,
“Fuji-ji,” on the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage.
