Description: Located in Kubonosho‑cho on the southern outskirts of Nara City, this traditional farmhouse—estimated to have been built in the mid‑Edo period (around the mid‑1700s)—is more than 250 years old and once belonged to a prosperous farming family.

The estate, formerly owned by a major landholder, had been vacant for over a decade before being acquired in 2021 by the poet Fukashi Kitashukugawa.

Today, the property is available for film and television productions, movie shoots, wedding photography, and art exhibitions held in its gallery space.
