- Opened in 1982 as a sister museum to the “UROKO HOUSE,” the museum features masterpieces of modern and contemporary European painting, as well as representative works by Masaru Horie, a Kobe-based artist and winner of the Yasui Award. From the third floor, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the city of Kobe and its harbor, as well as Osaka Bay and Awaji Island.
