Description: Belonging to Joshinetsu National Park, this beautiful valley stretches for about 5 kilometers along the Susobana River, upstream of the Okususobana Dam, and is counted among Japan's 100 scenic views. Particularly in October, during the autumn foliage season, the beech, oak, maple, and rowan trees turn vibrant shades of red and yellow, creating a breathtaking landscape. Highlights in the area include Lake Okususobana Dam, home to the longest roadside rose bridge in Japan, as well as Monju Falls.

Please note: Filming requires permission from the Kinasa Tourism Promotion Association. As the road along the valley is a municipal road, a road usage permit must also be obtained from the prefectural police for filming.
