- A place of relaxation in the bay area where the sailing ship Kaiwo Maru is always anchored. There have been filming activities on board the ship. Within the park, there is an event square covering approximately 18,200 square meters adorned with seashells, a picnic area suitable for barbecues, and athletic facilities. From the observation square, there is a panoramic view of Toyama Bay, the Tateyama mountain range, the Shinminato Ohashi Bridge, and the Kaiwo Maru. The parking area is quite spacious, making it suitable for both parking and filming locations. This place has been designated as a "lover's sanctuary", and the collaboration between the illuminated Kaiwo Maru and the Shinminato Ohashi Bridge at night is truly enchanting and beautiful.
