Description: This highland, located about 1,000 meters above sea level to the south of Lake Inawashiro, offers a spectacular view of Mount Bandai and Lake Inawashiro. Beneath the towering 33 wind turbines—part of one of Japan's largest wind power plants—sunflowers bloom vibrantly in the summer.

*Note: The area is closed from December to late April due to snow accumulation.
