- This was completed in the year 2000. The building has 22 floors above ground and two below ground. The 21st floor is an observation room where one can enjoy a panoramic view in all directions, and models of the prefectural office and displays of Sanukite (a specialty stone of Kagawa Prefecture) are exhibited. It is one of the few high-rise buildings in the prefecture.
