- This facility repurposes the former Seto Elementary School and Kindergarten buildings, originally designed by architect Tomoya Masuda.
The gymnasium has been transformed into an Awa Odori Hall, complete with a specially designed circular stage for performances.
In addition to enjoying Awa Odori dance shows, visitors can experience raft fishing in the nature‑rich Uchino Sea and relax in open spaces designed for leisurely stays. The facility offers opportunities to enjoy local culture, nature, and cuisine all in one place.
