- Designed by Kisho Kurokawa and opened in 1989 at Hijiyama Park, which overlooks the city. The materials of the building change from natural stone to more modern materials as it goes higher from the ground. Re-opened in 2023 following renovation. There have been many shootings at its characteristic C-shaped entrance.
