- Masumizu Plateau is a vast grassland spread across the mid-slope of Daisen National Park, at an elevation of 700 to 900 meters. From below, you can gaze up at Daisen in the background, and from above, you can look down and see the Japan Sea, offering a clear view in every direction. You can take a lift that operates year-round to reach the observation deck, and in autumn, it transforms into a field of miscanthus, while in winter, it becomes a ski resort, showcasing seasonal landscapes throughout the year.
