- Nara Centennial Hall, which opened in 1999 as part of the centennial celebrations of the municipality of Nara, has 2 halls: one seats up to 1720, the other with a capacity of 446. There is another room that can be used either as a gallery or a conference room. The exterior of this multi-use hall is very unique, in the form of a gigantic ellipse with the walls covered by zinc and gray-ceramic tiles.
