The Tagarasu terraced rice fields consist of 100 paddies, creating a landscape often described as a quintessential image of Japan. With the sea as a backdrop, the scenery is captivating in every season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter alike. The best vantage point for photography is from the sidewalk along National Route 162.
