Name: Tsukumo Bay

Description: This features the Noto Peninsula's Ria Coast, which is characterized by numerous small and large coves. Although it is a small bay, with a width of 1 km east to west and 1.5 km north to south, its intricate coastline stretches for 13 km due to its many coves. The area is named "Tsukumo Bay" due to these features. The crystal-clear and calm sea, along with the scenic view created by the floating Horaishima Island in the middle of the bay, has been selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Views. It has also been designated as the Noto Peninsula Quasi-National Park and Marine Park. It is a 45-minute drive from the Noto Satoyama Airport interchange.
