- This steep slope was named during the development of Mount Utatsu, when many workers climbed it cheerfully—“like children.” The road features a pronounced incline with a staircase running along its center, and today it is also known as Korai‑zaka.
Partway up the slope is the entrance to Hosenji Temple.
