Description: Originally constructed in 1912 by industrialist Kihachiro Okura, a native of Shibata, as part of his Mukojima riverside villa in Tokyo, this elegant building was relocated and opened to the public in 2023.

The first floor features two dining rooms, a study, and an adjoining reception room, while the second floor contains a spacious 33-tatami hall. A distinctive highlight is the tsukimidai viewing platform, designed specifically for enjoying moonlit scenery.
