- This valley is forged by the Agatsuma River, which flows along National Route 144. It is located in the Fukurogura area in the eastern part of Tsumagoi Village and borders Nagano-haramachi. During the green season, the valley is dazzled with fresh greenery, and in autumn, the surrounding area is dyed with autumn leaves.
