- At the end of the Yashimaguchi road, a climbing route on Mount Chokai designated as a Quasi-National Park, lies Harai-gawa at the fifth station, home to a highland marsh.
Facilities in the area include the Haraigawa Hut, a campground, and an observation deck. Just beyond the hut, the marshland unfolds, offering visitors the chance to admire a rich variety of alpine vegetation, including numerous rare species.
