- Standing 27 meters tall within the Noshiro Port waterfront park, this observation tower provides sweeping views of Noshiro Port, the large offshore wind turbines rising above the Sea of Japan, and the scenic Kazen no Matsubara pine forest. On clear days, distant vistas extend all the way to the Oga Peninsula and the Shirakami Mountains.
