- The magnificent Okama is the embodiment of the Zao Mountain Range. The emission of sulfur gasses continues today in this ancient crater lake. ※The Zao Echo Line and Zao High Line are closed for the winter from early November to late April every year, so tours and crossing the border between Miyagi and Yamagata prefectures are not possible.
