- Located on the north side of Zuiganji Temple, it offers a frontal view of all of Matsushima Bay. The view changes with each foot (about 30 centimeters) of ascent. From the observatory at the top of the mountain, you can see Matsujima Bay with Fukuura Bridge in front of it, as well as the central town of Matsushima.
