- Description
- Koromo-no-Taki (“Robe Waterfall”) is a two-tiered waterfall, with the upper section approximately 15 meters high and 14 meters wide. Its name is said to originate from a legend in which a celestial maiden descended to wash her feathered robe at the falls. Near the basin is a rock cavity called “Aitsubo,” associated with the monk Jikaku Daishi. The area is equipped with walking trails and a viewing platform, allowing visitors to approach close to the basin.
