- This observation deck is located unexpectedly along the roadside. Perched on a cliff overlooking the coastline, it can be quite windy, but on clear days, the view is spectacular. The deck sits about 90 meters above sea level, offering an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean, 6 kilometers from Tokachita toward Atsunai.
