Sendai Science Museum has the following three main exhibition halls: Natural History, Science and Technology, and Science and Technology in Daily Life.

Reference materials regarding men of letters, such as Bansui Doi and Toson Shimazaki, and their works as associated with Miyagi Prefecture, are proudly displayed.

The works by Japanese artists housed in the museum. Sculptures and crafts dating from the Meiji Period and after which have some connection to Miyagi Prefecture or the Tohoku region.

This is the oldest western architecture in existence in Miyagi prefecture. Introduces the life style of ordinary people in the Sendai area, and exhibits the materials related to war and peace.

This is an international conference center that includes a main hall accommodating 1,000 people, 12 large, midsize, and small conference rooms, and a display and reception hall.

Shellcom Sendai was the first roof-covered multi-sport complex in the prefecture. Here, city residents can enjoy playing such sports as soccer, tennis, and baseball.

Built in 1863. Yahaba Cho bought the house from Sasaki family in Fujisama area and relocated it to the Museum of History and Folklore. Registered as the town's tangible cultural asset.

Abolished on March 31, 2017 and is used as a local community space now. Has a classroom with desks and chairs.
